[urq] Pressurize intake procedure

That's a great start-thanks...On the urq the PVC piece is inserted in the
hose from the igloo, I think people have used a 3" pipe cap (?).  I have
never needed much more than 10 PSI or so to diagnose leaks in the urq.

I think it would be great to have an urq specific procedure and pics.
Personally I don't need it, but I really think it would be a great benefit
for others.
