[urq] UrQ Headlinght Trim

On the early cars, was the entire headlight trim piece
chromed, like the early 4000s (80s in the rest of the
non-US world) or was it more like the '84 coupe where
it was only chrome in the inside of the trim, to
reflect more of the light out, and blacked out on the
rest of the trim. I'm pretty sure it's the latter, but
I wanted to check. If the trim was entirely chrome,
then the upper and lower bands of the radiator grille
would have been chrome too, to match.
