[urq] West Side UPG

Better for me, I would have had to do a stop'n'go in a diesel white whale
on my way to the bay if it had been the last weekend in June.  I'd been
pondering flatbedding the urq for the meet and hoping for a place to stash
it until the return leg from CA, it can't carry enough stuff+bodies for the
complete trip.
