[urq] Is the WX engine rebuildable? Parts NLA? Can it be saved?

Did you see this NEW 5000 turbo engine block:

It's not an MC, but the compression ratio is closer to the WX than the MC
is.
(Does anyone know the compression ratio's on the KH's are...(84-85 5000
turbo)
Could be a cheap way to go...
