[urq] Audi but Non-urq problem

Non-Urq but expertise required:
My good lady's 1992 Audi 100 (2.0L 4 Cyl) recently and suddenly decided to pump all it's oil in to the cooling system (and I mean all it's oil!).
I could find no sign of a break in the head gasket but it was old and the head bolts didn't seem to be as tight as I have done them up now. The water/oil Oil cooler has been pressure tested and is fine. This leaves the posiibility of internal cracks I guess. But this is not the problem (not yet at least). The problem I need help with is how to get the residual oil out of the cooling system. I have flushed it many times and run it up to temperature several times but have yet to get rid of the all emulsion. 
Any suggestions on how to get rid of the oil will be gratefully recieved.
