[urq] UPG T-shirts....V.I.P.!

I think the logo needs some finess, the letters UPG are not attractive.

I think if Thompson is in charge of putting together a t-shirt he car surely 
be trusted with it.

I asked a couple of months ago who did the current logo and I didnt get any 
replies, I designed a logo that is hauntingly familiar to the current UPG log 
and I did it for the Chicago UrQ guys. I did this about 7 years ago, before the 
UPG was thought of. 

Rather than being so dead-set on what we have now i think we need to take a 
good look at the logo/design and put it to good use.
