I did send apology being under the impression from emails I received that the hold up was US customs. Obviously from the tracking data that was not the case at all. The fact is UPS did their pickup scan yesterday. That clearly shows Dan at Stebro is just now shipping it. I think that nullifies any reason for patience and courtesy. The fact they are shipping it a month late and they lied to me about that is beyond fogiveable when charging someone over $700. I just cannot justify in my own mind any reason for this kind of customer service. I told the bastard 2 weeks ago I'd cancel the order and he lied to prevent me from doing that. How f--ked up with that?
