Garbage... I've had alloy mounts for years on my '83... no cracks and no
problems...
I'm not the only one... all it takes is one person to have a crack and the
"Media" takes over...
Not to mention that I do drive my cars hard...
BTW I'm not the only one who uses them and has had no problems...
Use your own judgement...

to use alloy subframe mounts,,, bad choice, the crack in the front subframe
will be in the right front subframe outboard of the lower control arm
mounting, after you reinforce that area the crack will be??? the right frame
rail? ruin your car? use the rubber mounts, avoid the crack remember Star
Wars when you when younger? use the force Desmond! avoid the crack! Bill
