[urq] allroad scams?

I have been searching the allroads for sale for possible purchase next
month, maybe January, and two particular cars caught my eye.  Both are
'01's, one is on ebaymotors, the other on autotrader.com.  The first is
offered for a ridiculously low $8400, the other a little more, but way below
market for the mileage (38K), at $17900.  The seller responded to my inquiry
about the latter one, saying the car was in NY, but the phone # listed is
upstate SC.  I questioned this, and asked about a pre-purchase inspection,
and he's been silent since.  As always, caveat emptor.

BTW, the high bidder on the ebay car has a username of audi5000cstq, may be
a lister, maybe not, but I'd wonder about the car with the scams that are so
prevalent these days.
