Think I know those 2 cars. Saw them in person in fact and passed on them. The wrecked one is just a shell with green mold growing on it. Was the ex-wife's car. No engine, no wheels, no suspension and sitting on cinder blocks. I'd checked it out as a favor for Chris Semple who had the idea he could fly out here, do a little wrenching and drive it home ;^) The black one recently blew a radiator hose and sprayed rusty (!) coolant all over the engine compartment. It also has a pretty good dent just in front of the right rear wheel. The car was parked in that shed you see in the background with a flat tire. Because of the flat tire we couldn't roll it out of the shed, so the owner used his pickup. Rather than use the tow hook, he hooked his tow chain through the grill of the fascia and proceeded to break it :(

Guys-
No affiliation- just thought I'd pass on the link to the Marketplace - somebody in CA is selling an '83 along with a wrecked parts car, it sounds.
Sorry to anybody who was hoping for a stealth buy.....
