[urq] Head, manifold and downpipe removal

I am in the process of removing the head, exhaust manifold, turbo and
downpipe as one assembly - number 2 cylinder manifold gasket has blown as
one stud had sheared and the other is loose.

Working alone, but with a temporary hoist arrangement, I've been unable to
remove the complete assembly as a unit and have only been successful
removing one of the nuts associated with the concertina hose so cannot
separate the downpipe. The removal problem is working the downpipe around
the drive shaft. The heat deflector has been removed but it looks like I
need to remove the driveshaft. The front of the car is on ramps.

Is removing the drive shaft the next step or have I missed something?
