Nope. BHP is almost always measured in an engine only stand  "dyno" WHP is
measured at the final source, on the ground, after the horsepower losses due
to drivetrain friction losses on a four wheel chassis dyno(seems to be a
scarey event on high HP powerplants) for our cars or the newer system being
tried by Dahlback Racing http://www.dahlbackracing.se/english/main.asp left
click "media" left click "Rototest" and be sure to notice how many cylinders
the Golf has, it will make any URQ lister smile wide. Best, Bill  PS of
