[urq] Injector cooling fan...or something else

Well, I replaced all of the hoses between the IM and the warm-up
regulator. Initially I thought it had taken care of the problem
completely, but the car still hesitates when accelerating sometimes.
The hesitations aren't nearly as sharp as they were before.

So maybe my fuel pressure is low? Where on the car do you adjust
that, or is it adjustable at all? Forgive the dumb questions, I have
a basic understanding of how CIS works, but how to tune it and how the
ancillary stuff works is still new to me.
