[urq] Mud Flaps

Yeah... I wish it was only dirt roads... that would at least explain the
number of crators in the pavement....  North of Timmons it's a major road if
it has gravel on the surface.. ;)

I was about to comment that Audi's have splash guards, not mud flaps, but
after seeing those.. shoot, are there only dirt roads in Canada? is that the
