[urq] Injector cooling fan...or something else

I've been ogling Javad's 034 system for awhile.  I don't think I'm
going to have the werewithall to go straight to coil-pack ignition
right away, but again, the CIS stuff is usually the problem.  Oh to
have a car that will idle when cold so I can scrape the windows off
without having it die on me.
