[urq] High wattage 9004 lamp connections

How is everyone keeping this POS lamp from frying the ground connection?
this car(My Son's) has relays on the positive side for power straight off B+
from the back of the alternator and the ground side straight to the frame
rail and the frigging ground connectors at the bulbs still melt using 80/100
watt bulbs after 2 months. I am getting ready to solder the ground wire
direct to the ground tab on the bulbs. sheet. Bill PS HID ROCKS, my black
bitch,, alot of light(make the 80/100 look dim) and no problem after a year
of use
