Hmmm.

Have you checked to make sure you don't have a break in the wire between the
ATS and the computer.  Your sensor may be fine but the line may be messed up
somewhere in between.

Can't remember the other 4k cutout causes but you may want to peruse SJM's
site - I think it is www.sjmautotechnik.com
