[urq] UPG Events

I've heard mention of trying to get some urqs together at Pikes Peak June 25th. Steve Eiche posted that to the AW urq forum.

 Also, the East Side UPG event may be at Carlisle, PA, the weekend of May 21, 22nd. That coincides with a huge import swap meet there, and the NSU and DKW clubs will be there as well. This is not to say that we won't be at Felixs' again next year. All of this is still in the planning stages, but it would be great if urq owners that are close to Carlisle, PA can attend.
