[urq] The price of greatness

I'm with you, Bill.  Those things look scary.  At a minimum, they'd require
a good bead blasting and refinishing.  By the time that was done, you'd be
close to $400. Can only imagine how pitted those wheels are undreneath that
flaking paint...
