[urq] Stumbling

My ignition module went out years ago when I had the
WX in the '83. Pulled up, parked, went to restart and
nothing happened. Took 2 months to find the culprit
because the car was parked 300 miles from my home. In
the end the IST documents saved my bacon, along with
Steve B. Cheapest part I ever replaced on the UrQ.
