[urq] rear bumper question

Jim:

Its been years and it was my '85, but the biggest challenge that I recall 
was accessing the retaining bolts at the back of the bumper after pushing it 
in.

Its been even more years since I sold my '83, but if I recall it has a bolt 
on mechanism similar to the front, ie through the bumper, so should be much 
easier.

Probably better to hear from an owner of an '83 who has done it more 
recently.
