[urq] ur-quattro VINs + Canadian car request

My car #WAUDC0853DA900610 was reportdly originaly imported into the states  
from Canada. It now resides and occasionaly blasts around Aurora (Denver)  
Colorado.
This car has;
    updated fuse box (under hood)
    later model ball joints
    no sunroof
    no rear swaybar
    Montego black metallic
    tan leather
