[urq] Diff lock actuator still available

I feel your pain Louis-Alain. Thats the main reason Im leaving the 
'family'. Both my 4000Q's are gone, but Im keeping the A2 Rally car and 
the RS2 UrQ....for now....   Getting parts is getting tougher and 
tougher and when you can find them, they are too expensive. Sure I can 
get used but they never last for me... they're just as old as what I 
have, so how long will they last? Ive moved on to another 'family' now, 
where parts are plentiful and cheap..and from what I can tell a better 
all around car to live with every day too!.
