AUDI- REMEMBER YOUR ROOTS!! Understand the phrase "customer base".  
Familiarize yourself with the term "repeat customer"!!
As an owner of a 2.8 30 valve, am I the only one wandering what other  
maufacturers (dare I say BMW) would have done with a 5 valve per cylinder DOC  
motor? That thing should sing and dance! It is an absolute "sister kisser" at  
best! If I felt a sense of dealer support, it would go a long way to dispel  other 
shortcomings.
Oh well. Rant mode off. They don't listen anyway, so I'll shut up for  now.
