OK, bad news first. 3 of my 4 rear subframe bolts
sheared off when I tried to remove them. Good news is
they sheared off at the bolt heads. Bad news is they
are frozen into the steel sleeve of the bushing and I
can't pry the subrame off the car. Any suggestions or
help with this? How can I get the subframe off!!!
When, and if, I finally get the subframe off, other
than prodigious heat application, is there a stud
removal tool/proceedure that I should use.
Thanks in advance.

That happened to me as well, but only on 2 not 3.
I soaked them with PB Blaster (a good aggressive penetrating oil) that got
the frame to pop loose. I think I used an air hammer to give it some vibration
as well.
Sears Crapsman (they really aren't that bad) has a stud extractor that works
pretty well here, since you don't have any space limitations.
You're right in that heat is your friend here, as well as penetrant, and
vibration.
It's really cool, since West UPG, to be able to put a face and a friendship
on posts!
