[urq] Insurance ?

Brandon,

I know of a local urq that got rear ended.  The damage crushed the rear end
almost to the rear window.  Its been there over year now because of "legal
concerns", but its my guess that a damage value has yet to be agreed upon.

Guys-
quick question - my secretary got in a minor wreck and it got me thinking...

Let's say you have agreed value insurance on your urq, for example, but
somebody with a different insurer hits you (their fault).  Is your "agreed
value" out the window?

Just curious - and let's hope it stays that way!
