[urq] gas gauge reads full!

That is strange... Just cleaning that nut and it's created all that extra
space in your tank?

On a similar topic I recently had to remove and refit my tank and decided to
check the calibration of the guage (Digidash) and in doing so discovered
that even when reading empty it has at least 3 gallons in there. Which is
good to know even though I always put more in when it gets to showing 2
gallons left. I think if I filled it to the top it would probably die of
shock!

I think a lot of us know that not even 23.8 gallons of gas is enough to make
these gauges show full....well mine shows full now.  While cleaning up the
instrument cluster I noticed some minor corrsion on the little brass
nuts/washers that are the signal/ground for the gauge.  So I cleaned them up
and when I filled up - the gauge went all the way to the top!
