[urq] Adding opening to injector fan distributor

I've had ahot start problem for several years and finally got around to
checking fuel pressures this weekend.  To my surprise, the pressures are
fine and there is no drop off in residual pressure due to injector
leaks/fuel pump check valve etc.

This means adding the top opening to the injector fan distributor but I
cannot find the shape, dimensions, location or a photograph to use as a
basis for cutting out the hole.  Can someone direct me to this information -
there was one reference to the modification being in a TSB but I can't find
this on the AllData CD.
