[urq] Clutch pedal sticking

... bleed the clutch ... IME this will get things working fairly well again.
Has the fluid level in the brake reservoir dropped?  Next thing to do would
be to look for leakage at the master or slave cylinder ... and if there is
none it means that it is most likely an internal leak in the clutch master
cylinder ... 

BTW, there is only one pressurized soft line in the system ... and it isn't
that difficult to replace ... but if I were to do it I'd probably replace
the clutch slave cyl at the same time ...
