[urq] Shop mixed Girling 36 and Girling 38 calipers in rear. Bad?

Shop told me they did rear conversion to 4000 calipers
along with front change to G60s but 4 months later I
noticed right rear rotors were rusty and left rear
were shinny.  So I pulled the rear wheels and started
looking around and the RR caliper says Girling 36 and
the left rear says Girling 38.  Doesn't sound good to
me that they'd mix them on the same axle.  Am I right?
 Which girling is prefered on the rear?  Car also
pulls slightly towards shinny rotor side when braking.
 Front's seem ok.
Parking brake doesn't hold well either.
