[urq] Ground Control Coilovers

Does anybody know if Ground Control's coilovers for the 4000 (non bilstein suspension) will fit on an 83' UrQ?  Also, what spring rates would I need?  I don't want to just do H&R's because I don't want to drop my car that much, and I also don't want it to ride to stiff (to many potholes in Boston).  GC actually just told me to call 2B and talk to them.  I just don't want to pay their $150 premium for CG's stuff.  Thanks
