[urq] Removing baked injector inserts from a WX head

If I am right, these inserts are screwed into the head assembly.
You will need a 12mm (not sure about the size...) allen key to remove 
them.

[urq] Removing baked injector inserts from a WX head






Hey guys,
 
  Finally got my head (WX) back from the shop.  I noticed after I had 
picked
it up though that they had not removed the old injector inserts.  I tried
with a pair of pliers to pull them out but they just cracked off (at least
the short lip on the top did).  Should I fashion some sort of hook device 
to
pull these out or try to cut them out with a good utility knife?  Just
looking for any BTDT from the list.
