[urq] Removing baked injector inserts from a WX head

Heh, meaning that I have a good razor knife and have used it enough to be
confident that I wouldn't damage the head.  In the end, I didn't have to get
the razor knife near the metal, I finally broke the stuck one loose.

If your not worried about damaging the head them remove them with a sledge
hammer!
The few times I've done this heating them with a light flame from a propane
torch will soften them up enough to pull them out.
