[urq] Broken front sway bar mount

My car has the rear bar, and I was told it was even the upsized variety from 
a FWD 4K.

I have nothing to compare the size to until I have it sitting next to my 
other 83 which has what I know to be a stock rear sway bar.

FWIW my car handles pretty well, Eibachs / Bilsteins.  I like the H&Rs better 
than the Eibachs so far but the car is pretty comfortable as it sits now too
