[urq] Audi A4 brakes for the urq

I know of several g60 urq conversions that work great... you can go
bigger etc. but it's questionable expenditure for the diff in $$ you
could do other mods....i believe the best mod is to increase the rear
bias then you don't need 300+ mm rotors on a 3200 lb auto, I never heard
the 91 200 avant MC to do this but know of people who used the 5000
avant MC to change the bias.....maybe if I had 3B motor I would need
more stopping power.

'83 urq- Cross drilled zimmermans w/ orig calipers (cheesed out by
painting them red), 5000 avant MC, 4K rears (with cable change)

To be honest I've never had a problem with the G60 rotors (Brembo)
untill one of the front driveshafts started to fail....
Once the driveshaft was fixed and rotors resurfaced problem had gone
away.

On the SQ brake front, I had a bent hub, which would cause SQ rotors to
warp but not the stock single caliper set...

To add few other reasons that rotors warp, tie rods, stuck caliper
sliders, dirt between rotor and hub (those mating surfaces have to be
nice and clean).

Hope this helps.
Martin
