another stupid question.....

I want/need to remove my rear deck and the speakers do not have any connectors- it's straight wire to the speaker.  I guess I'd like to put a couple connectors in there so deck removal becomes a little less of a complete PITA....not that  I plan to do it very often....

Anyway...is there a recommended connector that will not diminish sound quality?  My little Alpine is weak enough as is....

Speaking of Alpine - I don't suppsoe there's a way to make it light up red instead of the contrasting green?  ohh vanity....
