[urq] Warped discs and Myths

Runout was measured cold. The shudder was there hot or cold. They were
turned cold and since then, no shudder at all. I have not tracked the car
and don't plan too, but I do use the brakes hard occasionally. I'm just
hoping the brakes stay nice until I'm done with the 200 and the motor finds
a home in the urq.
