[urq] 84 urq starts then dies

I'm sure I sound like a broken record - but I like to start with the simple 
stuff- check for vacuum leaks by pressurizing the intake - then check your 
duty cycle.

If you're already 100% sure you're okay in those areas.....well I'm not sure 
then.....
