[urq] WAG requests

New issue for #302.  If the turn signals are on and then I step on the 
brakes, the turn signal indicator grows dim and stops flashing.  Same thing 
if the emergency flashers are on.  Foot off and everything works like it 
should.  Haven't ripped into it yet, it just occurred today.  I'm thinking 
some kind of short in the steering column wiring.  I'm praying to the Audi 
gods that its not some kind of fuse box weirdness.
