If you have a urq, you need to have the above documents!

To me, the tach dropping to zero would indicate an ignition problem, in that
the ignition is cutting out. If ignition was OK, but it's a fueling problem,
the tach would be unaffected, other than following the slowing speed of the
motor (But NOT dropping to zero). Don't get sidetracked by a good clue!
As an aside, I'd always rather have an electrical problem to work on, than
flaky CIS..
