[urq] Shipping to Europe

Yeah, the $:GBP rate is good for us at the moment but guess what. The Post 
Office over here will charge both a Customs import duty and VAT. Couple of 
years ago I purchased a piece of clothing for my daughter from the US, cost 
was approx GBP26.00 but the duty and tax doubled this.

It didn't help that 6 months later we were in Orlando and discovered a 
retail outlet of the company that sold us the clothing.
