[urq] Jacobs Ignition

I have used the Jacobs (a multiple spark device) on a 3B 20V and found no
improvement when I ran test with my G-Tech Pro.
Ned Richtie told me, that the problem with Jacobs is,
that it start measuring the spark resistance - and if you use the projected
tip platinium FD5POR on a 20V turbo
and the similar 16mm on a 10V, the resistance is so small, that it shut off
the multiple spark feature.
You have to use a "poor" plug, to use the feature.
