[urq] swaybar bushings.

Ben,

At this point, it may be worth converting to the 4k suspension. Control
arms are still available new, complete with sway bar link bushings, for only
around $80 per. Of course, you will have to replace the front sway bar, and
I don't believe the 4k suspension can accommodate the stock rear sway bar :(

On the other hand, I was able to find a used control arm for my early 83,
and it had good bushings already in it. You might try this approach, but
they are ridiculously expensive, especially for a used suspension component.

HTH,
Jim

I love my quattro. I have sat on it for years and I've $6K into it over the
years. However, it is getting to be a pain in the ass keeping it going for
these very reasons. Sometimes I think I should sell it and buy the new
Shelby Mustang GT500..... Black, no racing strip please.
