... what exactly is it that you want the signal for?  Frankly, I think
you're going to have a difficult time finding a vacuum signal that is
linear with flow.  The best source for this would be the airflow sensor
plate ... one thing I've wanted to do was to get the plate with the
potentiometer for the fuel economy computer and integrate it into my
car.  The potentiometer would provide a signal which was related to the
airflow into the engine.  

You might want to put a differential sensor across the throttle plate,
or just monitor the vacuum in the tract between the airflow sensor and
the turbo compressor inlet, but I would not expect to see a very strong
signal at either point.
