[urq] CenCal UPG get-together

Mr. Bremer reminded me of the restaurant's name in Big Sur: "Nepenthe".  I took my Urq on a drive down there a couple of months ago.  It is a really nice restaurant with beautiful drives both from the north and south.  I will do the coordinating if everyone thinks it's a good place to meet up.
