[urq] Fuel vapors smell

FWIW I once cured the vapor smell in a CGT by getting the valve above the
tank working again. Don't know if this part exists in the urq, but I bet it
does. The valve has a heavy ball in it that was stuck. I got it to move
again and the smell went away.
