[urq] Symmetrical All Wheel Drive

I believe it runs on the Incompatible Time Sharing System (ITS) developed at
MIT in the 60's. That was a sequential system, which would simulate "real
time" AWD by allocating a split second of drive to each wheel in sequence. To
the driver, the AWD seems to have all four wheels engaged simutaneously, but
in reality it is just a trick of the PDP-10 processor controlling the system.
Thus my "one wheel drive" hypothesis lives.

I am such a geek :)
