[urq] Dash swap

I'm going to replace the cracked and nasty dash out of my '83 with a
nice clean one out of a later-model 4kq.

I'm doing this along with the EFI conversion because I have to take
the dash out anyway, so I might as well get a good fusbox and a new
one in the process.

I'm trying to remove the instrument cluster at this point.  All of the
big connectors to the switches on the sides came out pretty easily,
and I've pulled the two wide connectors on the back and the speedo
cable.  All that is left is four pairs of wires going to the little
indicator lights.  I can't seem to figure out how to get them out of
there.  The wires are soldered to the leads under a plastic sheath on
each of them.  I didn't want to try to force it, does anybody know any
easy way to get them to come out?
