[urq] 17-inch rims on UrQ

I am. 17x7.5 ET40, rubs in front when entering/exiting driveways while
turning. Rolling the fenders solved that problem.
Rubs in the rear on fairly big bumps. Rolling the rears will solve most of
that, because it also rubs, again only on big bumps, on the screw heads that
hold the rear valance on.

Mine is an 83 urq with H&R lowering springs.

Forgot to mention that the tires are Falken GRB451 225/45-17.
