[urq] WX head build recommendations

no putting an MC head on a WX would beyond mickie rigging, you would have to
weld or glue return passages on the head. no way, a mickey mouse repair at
best. and IMHO hydraulic lifters suck

So wait, can an MC head be used on a WX engine or does it require
modification? I apologize in advance that I didn't get it the first
time, but it sounded like you might need to close a passage?
I'm about to perform a head swap myself, and I'd like to do it right.
